Shipping & Handling Costs
There is a minimum $5.00 shipping and handling charge for all U.S. orders. International orders will have $11.00 added to the shipping charges. Shipment is normally made within 24-48 hours once payment has been verified; please allow 5 business days for delivery. UPS Second Day and next-day shipping are also available. Contact The sample factory for pricing. Florida residents must add 7.00 percent sales tax.
In some cases, shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and other countries may be different from those shown here. The Sample Factory will contact you before processing your order if the shipping charge will be different from that shown.
International Shipping & Handling Costs
For foreign orders, please contact The Sample Factory for the exact shipping charges for your order. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Credit Card or PAYPAL payments are simplest, or you can send an international money order in US dollars. International orders will have $11.00 added to the shipping charges. Shipment is normally made within 24-48 hours once payment has been verified; for orders outside the continental US please allow 2-3 weeks delivery.
The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be levied by the country of destination. The Sample Factory does not know what these charges may be; contact your customs department for more information.
Turnaround Time
Once payment has been verified orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Please allow 5 business days for delivery. Credit Card and Money Order purchases are usually fastest. Check payments are subject to a 10 day fund verification period before processing. For orders outside the continental US please allow 2-3 weeks delivery. Orders with overnight shipping ship the next business day.

All sales are considered final. Returns will ONLY be allowed for DEFECTIVE items within 7 days of receiving your order:
Please contact The Sample Factory for a return authorization (RA) number and instructions before returning any shipped items. The Sample Factory cannot accept returns without an RA number. When returned item is received The Sample Factory will then ship out the replacement product to you. |
